2016 was an amazing year for Andy as he won nine singles titles (including his second Wimbledon title) and finished the year by winning the ATP finals and claiming the year-end number 1.
Andy retained his number 1 ranking for a total of 41 weeks before being replaced as number 1 by Rafael Nadal on the 21st of August 2017.
