Iasi Open Tennis Tournaments

Iasi is a city in eastern Romania and in 2023 it will host an ATP challenger and a WTA 125 tennis tournament in July.

The ATP challenger competition is called the Concord Iasi Open while the WTA 125 competition is called the BCR Iasi Open.

Dates

The ATP Challenger 100 tournament (Concord Open) will be held from the 10th to the 16th of July 2023 while the WTA 125 tournament (BCR Open) will be held from the 17th to the 23rd of July 2023.

The ATP Iasi tennis tournament will be played in the same week as the tournaments in London, Contrexeville, and Bastad.

The WTA Iasi tennis tournament will be played in the same week as the tournaments in Palermo, Budapest, Nice, Newport, and Gstaad.

Tickets for both the 2023 men’s and women’s tournaments in Iasi will be available to buy through the tournament’s official website closer to the start of the tournaments.

Felipe Meligeni Rodrigues Alves won the 2022 men’s singles tournament beating Pablo Andujar in the final 6-3, 4-6, 6-2.

In the Men’s Doubles tournament, Geoffrey Blancaneaux and Renzo Olivo beat Diego Hidalgo and Cristian Rodriguez in the final 6-4, 2-6 10-6.

2022 BCR Iasi Open

Ana Bogdan won the 2022 women’s singles tournament beating Panna Udvardy in the singles final 6-2, 3-6, 6-1.

In the women’s doubles tournament, Darya Astakhova and Andreea Rosca beat Reka Luca Jani and Panna Udvardy in the doubles final 7–5, 5–7, 10–7.
