The Astana Open is an annual tennis tournament on the ATP Tour that takes place in Nur-Sultan in Kazakhstan.
The first ATP Tennis Tournament in Nur-Sultan was held in 2020 with John Millman winning the singles tournament and Sander Gills and Joran Vliegen winning the doubles.
The 2022 ATP tournament was due to be at the ATP 250 level but following the cancellation of a number of tournaments in Asia, the tournament was upgraded to an ATP 500 level event, before being downgraded to an ATP 250 event again for 2023.

The 2023 ATP Astana Open tennis tournament in Nur-Sultan, Kazakhstan was held from the 27th of September to the 3rd of October 2023 at the National Tennis Center (Beeline Arena).
The 2023 tournament was played in the same week as the tennis tournaments in Bogota, Braga, Charleston, and Orleans as well as the ATP China Open tennis tournament in Beijing and the WTA 250 tournament in Ningbo, and just before the start of the expanded Shanghai Masters.
