2022 WTA Tournaments

WTA Tournaments are split into five different levels: WTA 125, WTA 250, WTA 500, WTA 1000, and Grand Slam level.

2022 WTA 250 Tournaments

Below is a list of WTA 250 tournaments that are planned for the 2022 WTA Season.

In total, there are 30 WTA 250 tournaments currently scheduled for 2022, with tournaments spread all over the world.

The first WTA 250 tournament of the 2022 season was in Melbourne, Australia with Simona Halep beating Veronika Kudermetova 6–2, 6–3 in the final of the Melbourne Summer Set 1 tournament.

2022 Grand Slam Tournaments (Majors) in Women’s Tennis

The First Grand Slam title of the year was won by Ashleigh Barty after she beat Danielle Collins 6-3, 7-6 in the 2022 Australian Open Singles Final.

The Second Grand Slam title of the year was won by Iga Swiatek after she beat Coco Gauff 6-1, 6-3 in the 2022 French Open Singles Final.

The third Grand Slam title of the year was won by Elena Rybakina after she beat Ons Jabeur 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 in the 2022 Wimbledon Singles Final.

The last grand slam title of the year was won by Iga Swiatek after she beat Ons Jabeur 6-2, 7-6 in the 2022 US Open Singles Final.
