The WTA San Jose (Silicon Valley Classic) is a WTA 500 tennis tournament that is played on outdoor hard courts in California, United States.
The tournament is part of the US Open Series of tournaments that lead up to the US Open in New York.
The tournament was previously known as the Stanford Classic (1997–2017) but in 2018 the event moved to the campus at San Jose State University and was renamed the Silicon Valley Classic.

The 2023 WTA San Jose open tennis tournament will take place from the 31st of July to the 6th of August 2023.
The 2023 tournament will be played in the same week as the tournaments in Washington, Prague, Los Cabos, and Kitzbühel.
