Tournament Organizers at the Australian Open tennis tournament have announced the seeds for the Men’s and Women’s singles, doubles, and mixed events for the 2023 tournament.
In total there will be 32 seeded players in the men’s and women’s singles tournaments, with Rafael Nadal the top seed in the men’s singles and Iga Swiatek the top seed in the women’s singles.
In the men’s and women’s doubles, there will be 16 seeded teams while in the mixed doubles, there will be 8 seeded teams.

2023 Australian Open Tennis Seeds
In the men’s singles tournament, Rafael Nadal is the number 1 seed, followed by Casper Ruud as the number 2 seed, Stefanos Tsitsipas as the number 3 seed, and the pre-tournament favorite Novak Djokovic seeded number 4.
Last year’s singles finalist Daniil Medvedev is seeded number 7, with the home favorite Nick Kyrgios seeded number 19.
In the Women’s Singles tournament, the world number 1 and three-time grand slam winner Iga Swiatek is the number 1 seed, with Ons Jabeur the number 2 seed, and Jessica Pegula the number 3 seed.
In the doubles events, the number 1 seeds are Wesley Koolhof and Neal Skupski in the men’s, Barbora Krejcikova and Katerina Siniakova in the women’s, and Giuliana Olmos and Marcelo Arevalo in the mixed.
