USA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first challenger tournament in Little Rock was played in 2019 with Dudi Sela winning the singles and <strong>Mat\u00edas Franco Descotte and Orlando Luz<\/strong> winning the tournament was played in the same week as the <a href=\"https:\/\/toomanyrackets.com\/how-to-watch-the-french-open-in-ireland-and-the-uk\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"19976\">French Open<\/a> at
