San Diego Open

The San Diego Open is a WTA tournament played on outdoor hardcourts at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, California.

In 2022, an ATP 250 tournament was played in September while a WTA 500 tournament was played in October, but for 2023 and 2024 the tournament is a WTA-only event.

Dates

The 2024 WTA San Diego Open will be held at the Barnes Tennis Center from the 26th of February to the 3rd of March 2024, with the 2024 tournament being played in the same week as the tournaments in Acapulco, Austin, Dubai, and Santiago.

Singles qualifying is expected to take place on the weekend immediately before the start of the main draws.
