Battle of the Brits

The Battle of the Brits is an exhibition tennis tournament that will be played at the P&J Arena in Aberdeen, Scotland in late December 2022.

The tournament will see Team Scotland take on Team England with top tennis stars like Andy Murray, Joe Salisbury, and Dan Evans confirmed for the event.

Dates and Match Schedule

The 2022 tournament will be held on the 21st and 22nd of December 2022 with four singles matches and two doubles matches being played over the course of two days.

Session 1 on Day 1 will kick off with two singles matches with Aidan McHugh taking on Dan Evans, and Andy Murray taking on Jack Draper.

Session 2* will see a doubles match, followed by a singles match and session 3* will see a singles match followed by the final doubles match.

*Session 2 and 3 will be played on day 2 of the event.

Tickets for the 2022 tournament are now on sale through Ticketmaster.co.uk, with tickets starting from approximately £35.

Teams

Below are the ten players the will represent Team Scotland and Team England in the 2022 tournament.

Team Scotland

Andy Murray and Aidan McHugh will play in two singles matches each, with Andy also teaming up with his brother Jamie to play doubles on the final day.

Cameron Norrie was also due to play in the event but he pulled out of the event.
