The ATP Lexington Challenger is a tennis tournament on the ATP Challenger Tour that is played on outdoor hard courts at the Boone Tennis Complex in Lexington, Kentucky, USA.

The first ATP Challenger in Lexington was played in 1995 with Mark Knowles winning the singles and Fernon Wibier and Chris Woodruff winning the doubles.

Other past singles winners include Jason Kubler, Denis Kudla, John Isner, James Ward, and Jannik Sinner.
